    • Customers with Electronic Travel Documents not yet submitted to the Government are eligible for a full refund.
    • Customers with approved Electronic Travel Document applications are eligible for a refund of our service fee. Please note that the Government's application assessment fee is non-refundable, except in specific cases.
    • Customers whose Electronic Travel Document applications are denied by the Government are eligible for a full refund, in accordance with our professional service guarantee.

  1. Ancillary Services: The costs of ancillary services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Approved Refunds:

If your refund request is accepted by our Customer Service Department, the following will occur:

  • The refund will be processed within 72 hours, and the amount will be returned through the same payment method used for the initial payment of our professional services.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
  • Depending on your payment entity, it may take up to ten (10) business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account.
